Ingredients
 

Chicken breast fillet curry nemiriwo uye mbatatisi:

  • 600 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 4 tbsp Oiri yezuva
  • 4 Hanyanisi hombe approx. 400 g
  • 4 Garlic mavhavha
  • 2 Spring hanyanisi approx. 50 g
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 1 Piece Ginger approx. 20 g
  • 300 g matapiri
  • 500 ml Mvura inopisa
  • 300 ml Kokonati mukaka
  • 1 bhegi Red curry paste 50 g
  • 1 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 tsp Kumin kumini
  • 1 MSP Ground kadhiamu
  • 1 Nyeredzi anise
  • 6 Kaffir lime mashizha

Basmati mupunga:

  • 250 g Basmati mupunga
  • 450 ml Mvura

Shumira:

  • Coriander mashizha ekushongedza

Instructions
