Ingredients

Julienne:
- 1 PC. Kohlrabi
- 3 PC. Karoti
- 1 PC. Leek
- 2 PC. Parsnips
Chingwa:
- 80 g Butter
- 4 PC. Eggs
- 140 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 Msp munyu
- 2 Msp Nutmeg
- 0,5 bunch Fresh yakatsetseka parsley
Kuti ushumire:
- 1 PC. Apple svuura
Instructions
Muto wemuriwo wakajeka:
- Secha zvose, wozadza ne 4 litita emvura. Rega simbe kwemaawa mana, uchiwedzera mvura yakawanda.
- Mushure mekubika, isa zvinhu zvose kuburikidza nesefa, svina kunze kwemvura uye kusefa nemucheka.
- Isa parutivi chetatu chemvura (inenge 0.5 litita) sechigadziko chemuto nekosi huru.
Julienne:
- Peel zvose, julienne uye gadzira zvishoma mumvura ine munyu. Shamba mumvura inotonhora woisa parutivi.
Chingwa:
- Rega bhotela rinyunguduke, wedzera zvinosara uye ushande muhupfu. Rega musanganiswa ugare kwemaminitsi gumi. Kana mukanyiwa wakanyanya kumhanya, wedzera breadcrumbs.
