- 250 g Quark
- 2 pepa gelatin
- 250 g ruomba
- 1 pinch munyu
- 1 bara Pistachio liqueur
Mango girazi / raspberry girazi
- 1 Piece Mango
- 1 packet Mutsva raspberries
- 2 tbsp Poda shuga
- 200 ml Passion muto wemuchero
Instructions
Pistachio mousse
- Sanganisa pasi pistachio kernels, mazai yolks, shuga yehupfu, vanilla shuga, pistachio liqueur uye muto weraimu kusvikira frothy. Wedzera quark uye gelatin-gadzirisa uye simbisa.
