Spice mix:
- 2 tbsp Akadururwa mafuta
- Munyu wegungwa

- 1 tsp Saffron
- 1 Chanza Mazizi echando
- Munyu pepper
- 1 tbsp Shuga yakasviba
- 1 tbsp Paprika powder
- 1 tbsp munyu
- 1 tsp mhiripiri
- 1 tsp Garlic upfu
- 1 tsp Hanyanisi upfu
- 1 tsp Turmeric upfu
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Bvisa ganda redumbu renguruve nebanga rakapinza. Nyora rutivi rwenyama kureba, zora nemafuta uye wozora zvakanyatsonaka nemusanganiswa wezvinonhuwira.
- Isa nyama yenguruve muhari yekubika uye usasa ganda nemunyu (kuitira kuti unyoro hubviswe paganda). Ivhara nyama uye uite kuti inyura mufiriji kwemaawa maviri (zvichida usiku hwose).
- Zvadaro nyatsobvisa munyu kubva paganda kuitira kuti usanyanya kuva munyu. Cheka ganda kare uye ugozora zvishoma nemafuta.
- Nyama inozoiswa muchoto pa180 madhigirii kweanenge 1 ½ maawa uye ipapo pane grill basa (250 madhigirii) kweanenge 5-10 maminetsi kusvikira ganda rave crispy.
