Ingredients
Kwemarinade:
- 1 Piece Ginger approx. 10 g
- 1 Kuvhara garlic
- 2 tbsp Sosi sosi
- 2 tbsp Inotapira soy muto
- 2 tbsp Sherry
- 4 tbsp Mvura
- 1 tsp Shuga yakasviba
Kune fillet yemombe ine broccoli:
- 200 g Beef fillet
- 1 Onion approx. 100 g
- 500 g Broccoli (yakacheneswa 300 g)
- 1 tbsp mafuta
- 2 mapini makuru emunyu
- 2 mapini makuru emhiripiri
Kuti ushumire:
- 1 tomato + 2 parsley mashizha
Instructions
Kwemarinade:
- Peel uye dice ginger uye clove yegariki. Sanganisa zvese zvinongedzo (diced ginger, diced garlic cloves, soy muto, inotapira soy muto, sherry, mvura uye shuga tsvuku) kune marinade.
Kune fillet yemombe ine broccoli:
