Ingredients
Asparagus neHollandaise muto:
- 1 kg Fresh asparagus
- 1 tsp munyu
- 1 tsp shuga
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Piece ndimu
- 250 ml 1 pasuru hollandaise muto
- 1 tbsp Butter
Boiled ham:
- 200 g / 6 zvimedu Bika ham
Mbatata howa:
- 6 Zvidimbu / zvakapepetwa uye zvakaumbwa, approx. 70 g imwe neimwe matapiri
- 1 tsp munyu
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric
Shumira:
- 2 tbsp Yakagurwa parsley yekushongedza
Instructions
Asparagus neHollandaise muto:
- Peel asparagus, kubika mumvura ine munyu (1 teaspoon munyu) neshuga (1 teaspoon), butter (1 teaspoon) uye lemon (1 chidimbu) ye approx. 8 - 10 maminetsi kusvika yakasimba pakuruma uye tora kunze (tip: iyi yakanaka kwazvo Wooden grill tongs).
