Ingredients

Muriwo :
- 3 Pc Mashanga e celery ane mashizha mu cubes
- 300 g Green bhinzi dzakachekwa nepakati
- 300 g Knirps Kübis mu cubes
- 1 Pc Yellow pepper mu cubes
- 1 Pc Gaba rechibage
- 1 Pc Nzungu dzakakangwa
Instructions
The ragout:
- Bvisa nyama, kuderedza kupisa, fry onion, garlic uye zvose zvinonhuwira kubva kune tahini paste kusvika kune chilli pepper. Deglaze newaini tsvuku, kuderedza zvishoma, kuwedzera gwayana regwayana uye orange uye lemon zest, simmer kwemaminitsi anenge 15-20.
