Kune salmon yakabikwa:
- 0,5 PC. Salmon itsva
- 1 Bd Parsley
- 1 Bd Coriander
- 1 Bd Chives
- 0,5 tbsp orange zest
- 0,5 tbsp Ndimu zest
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 100 g shuga
- 50 g munyu
Nezve sushi salmon:
- 5 PC. Salmon zvimedu

Pamusoro pesalmon tartare:
- 0,5 PC. Salmon
- 2 tbsp Sesame mafuta
- 0,5 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Sosi sosi
- Chives
- mhiripiri

- Ginger
- 2 PC. Chilli mhiripiri yakachena
Zvemabasa ezhizha:
- 5 PC. Salmon zvimedu
- 5 PC. Rice bepa
- 2,5 tsp Peanut butter
- Sesame mafuta
- Chitubu hanyanisi
- Ginger
- Yakagadzirwa ginger
Pamusoro pe teriyaki tuna:
- 50 g Sesame
- 2 Sch. Tuna
- Teriyaki muto
- 1 Pr munyu
- 1 Pr mhiripiri
- 1 tsp Wasabi
Instructions
Kune salmon yakabikwa:
- Rongedza pepa rekubikira nealuminium foil.
- Cheka miriwo uye usanganise nezvimwe zvinoshandiswa. Paridza musanganiswa uyu kumativi ose esalmon uye uise pafoiri. Vhara iyo foil, zviremedze nemakatoni emukaka kana mabhodhoro uye uise mufiriji kwemaawa makumi mana nemasere.
