- Side madhishi:
- 2 Sliced makarotsi
- 300 g Green bean
- Munyu uye pepper
- 1 pinch shuga
- 200 g Pasita
- 2 L Mvura ine munyu
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 0,5 Diced onion
- 1 tbsp Akatemwa parsley
Instructions
- Chenesa uye ucheke howa.
- Geda mutsipa wenguruve nemasitadhi uye fry iyo mumafuta akajeka pamusoro pekupisa.
- Cheka bhakoni mudiki cubes uye fry it.
- Wedzera hanyanisi, wobva wati leek, dururira muwaini chena uye muto. Wedzera laurel, clove, chilli. Kubika approx. 1.5 maawa
- Cheka maonde kuita machubhu akanaka uye wobva wawedzera kune muto neuchi kubva kune lemon & orange peel. Izvi zvinopa muto kunaka kunonaka. (Saka usaite pasina izvozvo)
- Balance carrots & green beans.
- Sauté onion mubhotela kusvikira yashanduka, kanda miriwo mairi uye mwaka. Wedzera herbs.
- Gadzira pasta mvura. Maminitsi makumi maviri nemashanu isati yapera nguva yekubika.
- Wedzera cream & mustard, nguva yekuravira. Cheka nyama uye ronga pamahwendefa.
- Bika pasta, dhonza.
- Ita muto ne cornstarch zvishoma. Shumira zvose.
- Pachasara mangwana masikati.
