Ingredients
Nguruve steak:
- 2 Piece Marinated neck steaks
- 2 tbsp Oiri yezuva
Yakakangwa porcini howa:
- 250 g Fresh porcini howa
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 mapinishi makuru Munyu wegungwa wakakora kubva pachigayo
- 3 mapinishi makuru Mhiripiri ine mavara kubva paguyo
- 1 tsp Howa pani / spice kubva ANKERKRAUT *)
- 1 tbsp parsley yakagurwa zvakanaka
Shumira:
- Herb butter
- 2 * ½ mhiripiri mini yekushongedza
- Baguette kana chingwa roll
Instructions
Nguruve steak:
- Pisai mafuta ezuva (2 maspuni) mupani, fry mitsipa yemutsipa kumativi ose maviri kusvikira ndarama-yakasviba, bvisa uye ugare uchidziya kusvikira washumira.
Yakakangwa porcini howa:
- Kuchenesa / bhurashi dombo howa (tarisisa: usageza!) Uye cheka kuita zvidimbu. Isa bhotela (2 maspuni) mune yenguruve steak frying pani, wedzera yakachekwa porcini howa uye fry kwemaminetsi mashoma kumativi ese. - Nguruve steak pamwe yakakangwa porcini howa, yakashongedzwa herb butter uye hafu mini pepper. Shumirai. Baguette kana chingwa rolls zvakakwana.
