Ingredients
Muto wembatatisi yemuriwo:
- 800 g Mbatatisi hombe, waxy
- 400 g Makarotsi (pano: karoti zvimedu / kugadzirwa kwega TK)
- 200 g Leeks (pano: leek mhete / kugadzirwa kwayo TK)
- 200 g 2 anyanisi
- 2 Piece Garlic mavhavha
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 f liter Muto wemuriwo (8 mashupuni muto uripo)
- 1 tsp munyu
- 1 tsp Mhiripiri ine mavara kubva paguyo
- 1 tsp Yakabikwa marjoram
- 1 tbsp Maggi wort
Porcini howa:
- 400 g Fresh porcini howa
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 75 g 1 Onion
- 100 ml Mvura
- 75 g Kirimu yakaputirwa
Shumira:
- Parsley yekushongedza
- Creme fraiche cheese
Instructions
Muto wembatatisi yemuriwo:
- Peel uye suka mbatatisi uye ucheke mudiki cubes. Dzvora uye cheka hanyanisi. Peel uye dice garlic cloves. Pisa bhotela (2 tbsp) muhombe hombe uye fry miriwo (onion cubes + garlic clove cubes, karoti zvimedu uye leek mhete) nesimba. Deglaze / dururira mumuti wemuriwo (2 litita / 8 tsp instant stock). Nyora nemunyu (1 teaspoon), mhiripiri yeruvara kubva paguyo (1 teaspoon) uye grated marjoram (1 teaspoon) uye rega zvese zviputike / zvifashaire kweinenge. Maminitsi makumi matatu nevhavha yakavharwa. Pakupedzisira, mwaka / mwaka neMaggi seasoning (30 tbsp).
Porcini howa:
- Chenesa / geza dombo howa uye ucheke kuita zvidimbu zvidiki / zvidimbu. Pera hanyanisi wocheka zvakanaka. Pisa bhotela (2 tbsp) mupani uye fambisa-fry ham cubes nehanyanisi cubes mairi.
