Ingredients
Zvemuto:
- 350 g Mvura
- 7 g Howa bouillon, zviyo
- 120 g Tagliatelle, yakaoma
- 250 g Shrimps, peeled, yakabikwa, yakaoma
- 2 pakati nepakati madomasi
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive olive
- 3 tbsp Kirimu yakasviba
- 3 tbsp Chinwiwa cheranjisi
- 1 pinch Howa bouillon, zviyo
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 2 tbsp Celery mashizha, matsva kana chando
- 50 g Pasta mvura
Kuchengeta:
- 30 g Parmesan, yakagadzirwa zvakanaka
- 4 Cherry madomasi
Instructions
- Cheka shrimp. Bvuura asparagus uye ucheke kuita zvidimbu zvakakura. Uya nemvura kumota, bvisa mushroom bouillon mairi uye blanch zvidimbu zveasparagus mumuto kwemaminitsi matatu. Shambai matomatisi uye blanch iwo mumuto kwemasekonzi gumi nemaviri kuti abvise. Shamba mumvura inotonhora, svuura, kota kureba, bvisa girini-chena dzinde uye tsanga. Cheka makona kureba kuita mitsetse approx. 3 mm yakafara.
- Isa pasta mumuto unovira uye gadzira al dente maererano nemirayiridzo iri pasuru. Simbisa pasta uye chengetedza 50 g yemvura yepasita yakagadzirira.
- Fry tomate mumafuta emuorivhi mune pani yakakura zvakakwana kwemaminitsi maviri. Wedzera pasta uye fry kwemaminitsi maviri. Sakanidza kirimu yakasvibirira pamwe chete nezvinhu zvakasara zvemuto uye udururire pasta. Rega iite zvishoma, uye kuderedza kupisa kwemoto. Wedzera zvidimbu zveasparagus, prawns uye cherry tomato. Fukidza neParmesan uye ukuye pini yepepuru yakasviba pamusoro pezvose. Shumira mupani.
