Raspberry cream:

  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 8 tbsp Poda shuga
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 360 g Yogurt
  • Xanthan chingamu
  • 200 g ruomba

Raspberry beetroot muto:

  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 50 g Raspberry jamu
  • 1 tbsp Raspberry vhiniga
  • 1 pinch munyu
  • 50 ml Beetroot muto

Mango puree:

  • 1 PC. Mango
  • 2 tbsp Poda shuga
  • 1 tsp Xanthan chingamu

Caramel ndiro:

  • 100 g shuga
  • 2 tbsp Mvura

Also:

  • Raspberry chokoreti
  • Raspberry brandy
  • Zvimedu zvemango

Instructions
 

White chokoreti mousse:
