Snickerdoodles with Peanut Butter

  • 125 g Peanut butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Raw cane sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g Wheat flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Vanilla pod, the pulp
  • 4 tbsp Cinnamon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter with the peanut butter, the pinch of salt and the sugar until lightly. Then gradually hide the two eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla pulp and then gradually knead in. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Then preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Cut off some of the dough with a teaspoon, form balls out of it and roll them in the cinnamon sugar and then place them on the baking sheet at a distance and bake for about 10 - 12 minutes.
