- 250 g kuuskuus
- 50 g subag
Tilmaamaha
- Iska yaree khudaar jarjar, ku dubay yicibta ku qallaji digsi.
- Soo qaado biyaha leh budada curry, saliid iyo milix karkarinta, ka saar digsiga kuleylka oo si taxadar leh ugu dar couscous, u daa inuu istaago 2 daqiiqo iyadoo daboolka xiran yahay. Ku dar subagga, yicibta iyo khudaar, isku dar oo kariyo 3-4 daqiiqo kulayl yar, adigoo mar kale iyo mar kale ku lulaya fargeeto.
