Tilmaamaha
- Peel oo jarjar basasha iyo toonta.
- Kuleyli saliidda digsiga oo ka saar hilibka labada dhinac 3-4 daqiiqo, ka dibna milix iyo basbaas, ka saar.
- Karkari basasha iyo toonta.
- Deglaze yaanyo, kareem iyo jiis labeen ah.
- Ku dar hilibka oo isku kari ilaa 10 - 12 bilood.
- Kritharaki baasto sida saxan dhinaca.
