Cuisine European

Ingredients

  • 2 Hamburger rolls / buns
  • 1 Pck Halloumi cheese
  • 8 Discs Fresh zucchini, about 1cm
  • 2 Mini peppers
  • Fresh rosemary, thyme and oregano chopped
  • Some olive oil
  • Some egg-free aioli
  • Or simply bought barbecue sauce 🙂
  • Garlic pepper
  • Paprika pulp, no ajvar!

Instructions

  • Unpack the Helloumi and take it apart in the middle. There is a small gap there. If you just cut it apart, it will break later. ***SEE IMAGE****
  • Then soak the cheese in olive oil and fresh herbs! You can also season it! But I think the cheese is salty enough in itself! You have to try it out!
  • Halve the bell peppers, remove the core, wash. Wash the zucchini and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Mix the paprika, zucchini, a little olive oil and garlic pepper in a bowl and season.
  • Roast the zucchini and peppers on the kettle grill and put aside! Then fry the pickled cheese crosswise and remove from the grill! Cut the buns and roast them on the grill for 30 seconds!
  • Brush buns with paprika pulp! Spread the cheese and vegetables on the paddies and place the burger in the grill again for 30 seconds! Then add aioli or something similar and enjoy!
