Baked Zucchini with Two Kinds of Cheese

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 2 smaller ones Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • Fresh rosemary
  • 1 Bullet Mozzarella
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Tellicherry pepper

Instructions

  • Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Marinate with olive oil, seasoned salt, garlic pepper and rosemary needles! I baked the zucchini in the Acyfry for about 35 minutes. Otherwise in the oven, 200 degrees, about 45 minutes. Turn it around every now and then!
  • Then cut the mozzarella into thin slices and grate the Parmesan. Divide the mozzarella and zucchini on 2 plates. Sprinkle the mozzarella with a little olive oil and pepper. Sprinkle the zucchini with slices of Parmesan!
  • There was also a mixed salad! If you like, you can also add fresh baguette! The combination of warm, cold, crunchy and soft was great! :-)
