Baked Zucchini with Two Kinds of Cheese

The perfect baked zucchini with two kinds of cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 smaller ones Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • Fresh rosemary
  • 1 Bullet Mozzarella
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Tellicherry pepper
  1. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Marinate with olive oil, seasoned salt, garlic pepper and rosemary needles! I baked the zucchini in the Acyfry for about 35 minutes. Otherwise in the oven, 200 degrees, about 45 minutes. Turn it around every now and then!
  2. Then cut the mozzarella into thin slices and grate the Parmesan. Divide the mozzarella and zucchini on 2 plates. Sprinkle the mozzarella with a little olive oil and pepper. Sprinkle the zucchini with slices of Parmesan!
  3. There was also a mixed salad! If you like, you can also add fresh baguette! The combination of warm, cold, crunchy and soft was great! 🙂
