Clean the leek, peel the onions and cut both into rings.
Cut the liver cheese into strips.
Mix the sour cream with the mustard and season with salt and pepper.
Now take the tarte flambée dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out onto a baking sheet with the parchment paper, fold the edges inwards a little.
Now spread the sour cream and mustard mixture on top and cover with the leek, onions and meatloaf, sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Now place the tarte flambée in the 220c. Bake in a warm oven (top and bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
Now take the tarte flambée out of the oven, let it rest a little, cut into pieces and then enjoy --- Bon appetit; :-)
