Ingredients
- 1 role Tarte flambée batter
- 1 pole Leek
- 2 Red Onions
- 3 Discs Meatloaf
- 200 g Sour cream
- 2 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated cheese
Instructions
- Clean the leek, peel the onions and cut both into rings.
- Cut the liver cheese into strips.
- Mix the sour cream with the mustard and season with salt and pepper.
- Now take the tarte flambée dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out onto a baking sheet with the parchment paper, fold the edges inwards a little.
- Now spread the sour cream and mustard mixture on top and cover with the leek, onions and meatloaf, sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Now place the tarte flambée in the 220c. Bake in a warm oven (top and bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Now take the tarte flambée out of the oven, let it rest a little, cut into pieces and then enjoy --- Bon appetit; 🙂
