Tarte Flambée with Meat Loaf

Ingredients
 

  • 1 role Tarte flambée batter
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 2 Red Onions
  • 3 Discs Meatloaf
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Clean the leek, peel the onions and cut both into rings.
  • Cut the liver cheese into strips.
  • Mix the sour cream with the mustard and season with salt and pepper.
  • Now take the tarte flambée dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out onto a baking sheet with the parchment paper, fold the edges inwards a little.
  • Now spread the sour cream and mustard mixture on top and cover with the leek, onions and meatloaf, sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  • Now place the tarte flambée in the 220c. Bake in a warm oven (top and bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  • Now take the tarte flambée out of the oven, let it rest a little, cut into pieces and then enjoy --- Bon appetit; 🙂
