Grainless Low Carb Buns

Ingredients

  • 60 g Low fat quark
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 piece Salt
  • 5 g Baking soda
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 tl Locust bean gum
  • 1 tl Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together (hand mixer).
  • Using 2 tablespoons, form 2 rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
