School Cake for Simon

- 175 g Butter
- 180 g Sugar
- 3 piece Eggs
- 1 lemon Juice
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Cornstarch
- 2 Tl. Baking powder
- 0,5 Cup Milk
- 200 gr Powdered sugar
Mix the butter, sugar, 3 eggs and lemon juice until frothy. Mix in the flour, starch, baking powder and lemon zest and stir in the milk. Put the dough in a 28cm form and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice on the cake and decorate as desired.
