Ingredients
 

  • 175 g Butter
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 1 lemon Juice
  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Cornstarch
  • 2 Tl. Baking powder
  • 0,5 Cup Milk
  • 200 gr Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter, sugar, 3 eggs and lemon juice until frothy. Mix in the flour, starch, baking powder and lemon zest and stir in the milk. Put the dough in a 28cm form and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • Mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice on the cake and decorate as desired.
