Ingredients

  • 0,5 liter Beef broth
  • 0,25 liter Cream
  • 0,25 liter Terlan white wine
  • 5 Egg yolk
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Saffron

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and whip over steam until creamy.
  • Season to taste and then serve with cinnamon croutons.
