Breakfast: Healthy Mango Yogurt with Linseed Oil and Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 Pc. Mango
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 5 g Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Linseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Fruit linseed
  • 1 tbsp Fine oat flakes

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together except the mango and let soak briefly. Depending on your preference, you can of course use more or less of one or the other ingredient. Peel and dice the mango. Place on top of the yoghurt and serve.
  • Also looks nice when you alternate layers of mango and yogurt in a glass.
