Drink: Healthy Banana Milk Shake with Chia Seeds, Protein Powder and Linseed Oil

- 1 Pc. Banana
- 1 tsp Nut butter
- 1 tbsp Protein powder
- 1 tsp Linseed oil
- 1 Msp Cinnamon
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
Put all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in a tall mug and puree until frothy. Pour into a glass and stir in the chia seeds. Depending on your preference, you can use more or less milk.
