Drink: Healthy Banana Milk Shake with Chia Seeds, Protein Powder and Linseed Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 Pc. Banana
  • 1 tsp Nut butter
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder
  • 1 tsp Linseed oil
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in a tall mug and puree until frothy. Pour into a glass and stir in the chia seeds. Depending on your preference, you can use more or less milk.
