Super Chocolate Brownies with Berry Sorbet

Brownies
- 250 g Butter
- 150 g Flour
- 0,25 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Cocoa powder
- 350 g Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 100 g Chopped chocolate
Sorbet
- 200 g Water
- 150 g Sugar
- 300 g Frozen berry mix
- 1 leaf Gelatin
Brownies
Melt the butter and let it cool down. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, convection 160 degrees, gas mark 3.
Line a square baking pan (about 23 cm side length) with parchment paper. Sieve flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Mix with the sugar and chocolate in a mixing bowl. Stir the eggs into the flour mixture one after the other, alternating with the butter.
Finally, fold in the chocolate and pour the batter into the prepared mold. Bake the dough in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Sorbet
Boil the water with the sugar until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the berries and bring to the boil once. Puree with the hand blender. Then pass through a fine sieve and stir in the soaked gelatin. Let cool and freeze in an ice cream maker or put in a bowl, place in the freezer and stir about every 20 minutes until the mixture is frozen.
