Fried Noodles in Peanut Sauce with Tuna

- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 cm Ginger
- 1 Can Tuna
- 1 Glass Bamboo shoots canned
- Rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp Cane sugar
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 200 g Mie noodles
- 1 tsp Kimchi
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- Seasonal herbs
Clean and chop the vegetables - caramelize in a wok with a little oil and sugar. Add the garlic and ginger, finely chopped.
In the meantime, let the pasta simmer in hot water for 5 minutes. Stir the soy sauce, mirin, and kimchi into the vegetables and allow to reduce.
Stir in peanut butter and fold in noodles. Mix in the tuna and season with herbs.
