Ingredients
 

  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 1 Glass Bamboo shoots canned
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Cane sugar
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 200 g Mie noodles
  • 1 tsp Kimchi
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • Seasonal herbs

Instructions
 

  • Clean and chop the vegetables - caramelize in a wok with a little oil and sugar. Add the garlic and ginger, finely chopped.
  • In the meantime, let the pasta simmer in hot water for 5 minutes. Stir the soy sauce, mirin, and kimchi into the vegetables and allow to reduce.
  • Stir in peanut butter and fold in noodles. Mix in the tuna and season with herbs.
