Fried Noodles in Peanut Sauce with Tuna

The perfect fried noodles in peanut sauce with tuna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 1 Glass Bamboo shoots canned
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Cane sugar
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 200 g Mie noodles
  • 1 tsp Kimchi
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • Seasonal herbs
  1. Clean and chop the vegetables – caramelize in a wok with a little oil and sugar. Add the garlic and ginger, finely chopped.
  2. In the meantime, let the pasta simmer in hot water for 5 minutes. Stir the soy sauce, mirin, and kimchi into the vegetables and allow to reduce.
  3. Stir in peanut butter and fold in noodles. Mix in the tuna and season with herbs.
