Spelled Wheat Rolls with Whole Grains and Grains

- 300 g Wholemeal spelt flour
- 200 g Wheat flour
- 1 packet Yeast fresh
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 300 ml Lukewarm water
- Sunflower seeds
- Flaxseed crushed
Place the sunflower seeds on a flat plate and press the underside of each roll in once, then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Moisten the surface of the rolls with a little water (brush or spray) and put the failed flax seeds on it, press down lightly. Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let rise for another 10 minutes.
