Ingredients

  • 300 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 200 g Wheat flour
  • 1 packet Yeast fresh
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 300 ml Lukewarm water
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Flaxseed crushed

Instructions

  • Put the flour in a large bowl and make a mildness in the middle. Crumble the fresh yeast into this. Put the salt and olive oil on the edge and then gradually pour the lukewarm water over the yeast and mix everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  • Knead again briefly and form 9 rolls out of the dough. Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  • Place the sunflower seeds on a flat plate and press the underside of each roll in once, then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Moisten the surface of the rolls with a little water (brush or spray) and put the failed flax seeds on it, press down lightly. Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let rise for another 10 minutes.
  • Bake in the oven at medium height for 20 minutes. Good Appetite!
