Bami Goreng

Ingredients

  • 250 g Rice noodles
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Shrimp
  • Chili oil
  • Mirin
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 200 ml Chicken broth
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Miso
  • 2 tbsp Sesame light / dark
  • 8 Broad beans
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Clean the vegetables - chop as desired and fry in chilli oil - coarsely and finely chop onions and garlic and add - deglaze with soy sauce and season with fish sauce, mirin and rice vinegar.
  • Add the chicken stock and miso and simmer briefly. Mix in the prawns.
  • Season to taste with sesame seeds, salt, sugar and chilli flakes.
  • Let rice noodles soak in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, skim off and fold in.
