Bami Goreng
The perfect bami goreng recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Rice noodles
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 250 g Shrimp
- Chili oil
- Mirin
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 200 ml Chicken broth
- Coarse sea salt
- Chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 2 tbsp Sesame light / dark
- 8 Broad beans
- Sugar
- Clean the vegetables – chop as desired and fry in chilli oil – coarsely and finely chop onions and garlic and add – deglaze with soy sauce and season with fish sauce, mirin and rice vinegar.
- Add the chicken stock and miso and simmer briefly. Mix in the prawns.
- Season to taste with sesame seeds, salt, sugar and chilli flakes.
- Let rice noodles soak in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, skim off and fold in.
