Sekt and Sultanas Hops

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2,75 cups Spelt flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 1 Cup Sparkling wine
  • 100 g Golden sultanas
  • 1 blackboard White chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Mix the oil, eggs and sugar together.
  • Add the flour, baking powder and pudding powder as well as the sparkling wine and stir well
  • Flour the sultanas with 1 tbsp flour and fold in.
  • In the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
  • In the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cover the cake with it
  • Despite the sultanas being floured, they did not spread in the dough, maybe you still have an idea what I could do there
