- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2,75 cups Spelt flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 1 Cup Sparkling wine
- 100 g Golden sultanas
- 1 blackboard White chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Mix the oil, eggs and sugar together.
- Add the flour, baking powder and pudding powder as well as the sparkling wine and stir well
- Flour the sultanas with 1 tbsp flour and fold in.
- In the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
- In the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cover the cake with it
- Despite the sultanas being floured, they did not spread in the dough, maybe you still have an idea what I could do there
