Spread Liptauer Art

Ingredients

  • 30 g Butter
  • 125 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 100 g Quark double cream
  • 80 g Mustard pickles pickled
  • 1,5 tablespoon Hot paprika powder
  • 0,5 Red peppers small
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon balm leaves chopped
  • 0,5 Spring onion

Instructions

  • Mash the butter at room temperature with a fork. Add the sheep's cheese and quark and stir.
  • Chop the mustard pickles and peppers. Cut the spring onion into rings. Add the paprika, lemon balm and garlic to the sheep's cheese, quark and butter mixture and mix well.
  • Possibly season with a little salt.
