Spread Liptauer Art

- 30 g Butter
- 125 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 100 g Quark double cream
- 80 g Mustard pickles pickled
- 1,5 tablespoon Hot paprika powder
- 0,5 Red peppers small
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon balm leaves chopped
- 0,5 Spring onion
Mash the butter at room temperature with a fork. Add the sheep's cheese and quark and stir.
Chop the mustard pickles and peppers. Cut the spring onion into rings. Add the paprika, lemon balm and garlic to the sheep's cheese, quark and butter mixture and mix well.
Possibly season with a little salt.
