Ingredients
- 30 g Butter
- 125 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 100 g Quark double cream
- 80 g Mustard pickles pickled
- 1,5 tablespoon Hot paprika powder
- 0,5 Red peppers small
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon balm leaves chopped
- 0,5 Spring onion
Instructions
- Mash the butter at room temperature with a fork. Add the sheep's cheese and quark and stir.
- Chop the mustard pickles and peppers. Cut the spring onion into rings. Add the paprika, lemon balm and garlic to the sheep's cheese, quark and butter mixture and mix well.
- Possibly season with a little salt.
