Dog Biscuits with Peanut Butter

- 250 g. Whole wheat flour
- 75 g. Wheat flour type 405
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 250 ml Peanut butter
- 175 ml Milk
Mix both types of flour and the baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, stir the peanut butter with the milk until smooth.
Make a well in the flour mixture and gradually stir in the peanut buttermilk until everything is well mixed.
Shape the dough into 2 smooth balls with your hands. The warmth of the hands helps make the dough easier to work with.
Knead each ball for about 2 minutes on a floured work surface and then roll out the dough to a thickness of 6 - 12 mm.
Cut out biscuits with a cookie cutter and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake the biscuits at around 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
