Orange Pudding with Vanilla Sauce

Orange pudding
- 4 Oranges
- 200 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Custard powder

- 500 ml Milk
- 3 Egg yolk
- 30 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 10 g Food starch
Orange pudding
Rub the peel of half an orange. Bring the juice of the oranges and the water with the peel to the boil and remove the pot from the hob. Mix the pudding powder and sugar with a little cold water, stir into the juice and bring to the boil briefly.
Fill the pudding into bowls rinsed with cold water, cover with foil so that no skin forms and let it cool down.
