Peel and chop the onion, remove the seeds from the peppers, wash and cut into strips. Pellet garlic and chop it into small pieces.
Put the fat in a roasting pan, fry the chicken, add the onion and paprika and fry, then add the water, the spices, garlic and chilli, then the can of chunky tomatoes and the lemon zest, simmer for about 20 minutes.
