Chicken and Pepper Goulash

The perfect chicken and pepper goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 2 Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Chilli
  • 1 Can Tomatoes, in pieces
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  1. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into cubes.
  1. Peel and chop the onion, remove the seeds from the peppers, wash and cut into strips. Pellet garlic and chop it into small pieces.
  1. Put the fat in a roasting pan, fry the chicken, add the onion and paprika and fry, then add the water, the spices, garlic and chilli, then the can of chunky tomatoes and the lemon zest, simmer for about 20 minutes.
  1. Now season the whole thing again to taste
