Bell Pepper Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 piece Red and yellow peppers
  • 700 gr Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 Pc. Sprigs of rosemary + thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Pinches Salt + pepper
  • 1 pack Arugula
  • 1 pack Oil pickled tomatoes
  • 100 gr Mushrooms
  • 30 gr Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoon Balsamic white
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil for the salad

Instructions

  • Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes, finely chop the herbs, mix with lemon juice and oil. Marinate the meat cubes in it for 2 hours. Clean the papeika and cut into 2 cm squares.
  • Put the marinated meat cubes alternately on skewers. Season with salt and pepper, fry in a pan with a little oil for 8 minutes. Clean the lettuce, cut the mushrooms into slices, place in a bowl with the tomatoes and Parmesan slices soaked in oil, cover with the dressing.
