Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes, finely chop the herbs, mix with lemon juice and oil. Marinate the meat cubes in it for 2 hours. Clean the papeika and cut into 2 cm squares.
Put the marinated meat cubes alternately on skewers. Season with salt and pepper, fry in a pan with a little oil for 8 minutes. Clean the lettuce, cut the mushrooms into slices, place in a bowl with the tomatoes and Parmesan slices soaked in oil, cover with the dressing.
