Ingredients
- 2 piece Red and yellow peppers
- 700 gr Chicken breast fillets
- 2 Pc. Sprigs of rosemary + thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 Pinches Salt + pepper
- 1 pack Arugula
- 1 pack Oil pickled tomatoes
- 100 gr Mushrooms
- 30 gr Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoon Balsamic white
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil for the salad
Instructions
- Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes, finely chop the herbs, mix with lemon juice and oil. Marinate the meat cubes in it for 2 hours. Clean the papeika and cut into 2 cm squares.
- Put the marinated meat cubes alternately on skewers. Season with salt and pepper, fry in a pan with a little oil for 8 minutes. Clean the lettuce, cut the mushrooms into slices, place in a bowl with the tomatoes and Parmesan slices soaked in oil, cover with the dressing.
