Heat the clarified butter in a pan, let the onion cubes become translucent and now put the frozen porcini mushrooms ** in them, then fry them, turning them frequently, until the mushrooms are thawed and have an appetizing golden brown color. Season with salt and pepper and serve as a side dish.
We still had leftovers from the grilled chicken that wanted to be processed. I warmed it up in a light cream sauce and served it with the mushrooms with spaghetti. We liked it very much.
