Box Cheesecake with Blueberries
Servings: 10 people
- 300 g Blueberry fresh
- 4 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 500 g Low fat quark
- 400 g Double cream cheese
- 1 packet Custard powder
Clean and wash the blueberries and drain them on kitchen paper. Eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt frothy. Mix the quark and cream cheese, stir in the pudding powder. Fold in the sugar and egg mixture.
