Iced Tea Punch

- 500 ml East Frisian tea, cold from yesterday
- 250 ml Apple juice
- 250 ml White wine
- 400 g Ice cubes
- 1 piece Orange, pieces
- 1 piece Kiwi, pieces
- 2 tbsp Currant jam
- 5 piece Anise spice stars
- 1 piece Cinnamon stick
- 2 tbsp Sugar or sugar substitute accordingly
Icetea:
The next day, mix the cold tea with the apple juice, white wine, orange pieces, kiwi pieces and jam and stir a few times. A glass carafe with a long plastic spoon that cannot oxidize is best. Don't forget the ice cubes to cool down.
