Hearty Gratin: with White Cabbage, Pizza Sausage, Potatoes!

blanch both:
- 0,5 head Fresh white cabbage
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
Peel skin:
- 2 Pc. Pizza sausage e.g. Edeka
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 2 pinch Coarse salt
- 5 turns Chilli from the mill
- 5 Pc. Peeled waxy potatoes
sprinkle: plane
- 3 tablespoon Sesame fresh
- 100 g Grated Emmental
- Grated Emmental
White cabbage:
Cut in half, remove the outer leaves and stalk, plane about 0.5 mm thick. Blanch the cabbage for about 5 minutes, then add the onion and bring to the boil. Quench, let cool.
Layering:
Fill in the cabbage, peel the sausage, cut into slices, distribute. Add caraway seeds, chilli, and salt. This can be prepared and placed in the refrigerator.
