Hearty Gratin: with White Cabbage, Pizza Sausage, Potatoes!

Ingredients
 

blanch both:

  • 0,5 head Fresh white cabbage
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion

for blanching:

  • 1,5 liter Water

oil the mold:

  • 1 shot Rapeseed oil

Peel skin:

  • 2 Pc. Pizza sausage e.g. Edeka
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
  • 2 pinch Coarse salt
  • 5 turns Chilli from the mill
  • 5 Pc. Peeled waxy potatoes

fill up with:

  • 0,75 liter Meatsoup

sprinkle: plane

  • 3 tablespoon Sesame fresh
  • 100 g Grated Emmental
  • Grated Emmental

Instructions
 

White cabbage:

  • Cut in half, remove the outer leaves and stalk, plane about 0.5 mm thick. Blanch the cabbage for about 5 minutes, then add the onion and bring to the boil. Quench, let cool.

Baking dish:

  • Brush with rapeseed oil.

Layering:

  • Fill in the cabbage, peel the sausage, cut into slices, distribute. Add caraway seeds, chilli, and salt. This can be prepared and placed in the refrigerator.

Potatoes :

  • Wash and cut into thin slices.

Layering:

  • Wash the potatoes, slice and hang up.

Meatsoup :

  • Spread the potatoes half-covered.

Sesame:

  • Sprinkle on the potato slices. Cook for approx. 6-10 minutes at 170 ° C

Cheese :

  • Scatter the emmental cheese on top, continue cooking for another 30-35 minutes.
