Red Wine Chocolate Gugl with Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients

  • 60 g Butter
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 piece Egg (size M)
  • 35 g Chocolate, bittersweet
  • 30 ml Red wine
  • 4 g Cinnamon powder
  • 80 g Flour
  • 5 g Cocoa powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla pudding + corresponding amount of milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 210 ° C top / bottom heat
  • Grease the mini Gugl form with melted butter
  • Melt the couverture in a water bath
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan at a low temperature and stir with powdered sugar until smooth
  • Now add the egg, the liquid couverture, the red wine and the cinnamon
  • Sieve the flour and cocoa together and fold them into the mixture
  • Pour the dough into the Gugl form - ideally with two spoons or a piping bag. The dough should be filled so high that there is no hole at the bottom after it has been removed and that it can be easily filled with pudding.
