Red Wine Chocolate Gugl with Vanilla Pudding

- 60 g Butter
- 60 g Powdered sugar
- 1 piece Egg (size M)
- 35 g Chocolate, bittersweet
- 30 ml Red wine
- 4 g Cinnamon powder
- 80 g Flour
- 5 g Cocoa powder
- 1 packet Vanilla pudding + corresponding amount of milk
Of course, due Gugl already taste very tasty, but I like it a little juicier and therefore fill it with vanilla pudding. Cook the pudding according to the package instructions and carefully pour a teaspoon into the holes of the Gugl. If you like, you can melt the dark couverture in a water bath and either dip the Gugl in it or cover it with a teaspoon like a net.
